Balzano Family Vineyard is located 15 miles north of Carlsbad New Mexico in the heart of oil and gas country and just a half hour form the Carlsbad Caverns. We are situated on 150 acres and have become a go to event center for our Pumpkin Patch and other events, drawing several thousand people from all over the surrounding area. Inside booths in the barn start at $50 for a 10x10 and outside first come first serve booths are $10 each.

Trade Days are open to ALL vendors with the exception of alcohol and illegal items. we know that many vendors and businesses are still suffering the effects of 2020, and we want to give everyone a chance to make a some money and hopefully catch up and get 2021 on the right track.

We will have food, wine and music available on site. Guests will pay $5 entrance fee that will be good for all three days.

• RV parking available $25 a night

• Booth rental fee covers all 3 days, including parking

• Registration is due no later than a week prior to event

• Vendors must be open Friday 12-6pm Saturday 10am-6pm, and Sunday 10-4pm
